Standing on the track with his granddaughter, Trump also took the opportunity to reflect on America’s progress since he began his second term in office.
“This is great for the country,” he said. “The nation is thriving again. There’s a renewed spirit not just here, but around the world. We brought it back in just a few weeks. And in the coming months, you’ll see even greater things.”

“This is your favorite race, and I’m one of your biggest fans,” he said. “How you do this, I honestly don’t know, but I admire it. I just want you all to stay safe. You are talented, hardworking, and incredible Americans. Have fun today, and I’ll see you later.”

He was accompanied by several key figures, including his sons Eric and Luke Trump, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, Interior Secretary Doug Burgum, and several lawmakers such as Sens. Todd Young and Ashley Moody, and Reps. Jason Smith, Byron Donalds, and Mike Haridopolos.
