Ashley St. Clair, a well-known author, has revealed that she gave birth to Elon Musk’s thirteenth child five months ago.
On Friday, February 14, St. Clair posted on X (formerly Twitter), announcing that she and Musk, 53, have a child together.
“Five months ago, I brought a new baby into this world. Elon Musk is the father. Until now, I have kept this private to ensure our child’s safety and privacy. However, recent events have shown that the media will report on it regardless, so I am speaking out now,” she wrote.
She emphasized her desire to protect her child from public attention. “I want my child to grow up in a safe and normal environment. I kindly ask the media to respect our privacy and avoid intrusive coverage,” St. Clair added.
She concluded her message with the Latin phrase “Alea Iacta Est,” meaning “The die is cast.”
Who Is Ashley St. Clair?
Ashley St. Clair is known for her conservative views and children’s books. She wrote Elephants Are Not Birds, published by BRAVE Books.
According to the book’s description, it follows a character named Kevin, who is told he is a bird because he can sing, but he learns to accept who he truly is. The BRAVE Books website states that they collaborate with individuals who uphold strong moral values to teach Christian and conservative principles.
Elon Musk’s Expanding Family
Elon Musk is now a father of 13 children. His first child, Nevada Alexander, was born in 2002 with his ex-wife, Canadian author Justine Wilson. Sadly, Nevada passed away at just 10 weeks old.
Musk and Wilson later had five more children together: twins Vivian and Griffin, now 20, and triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian, who are 18.
In 2020, Musk and singer Grimes welcomed their son, X Æ A-12, now 4. They later had two more children: a daughter, Exa Dark Sideræl, 3, and a son, Techno Mechanicus.
Around the same time, Musk secretly fathered twins, Strider and Azure, with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis in November 2021.
Most recently, in early 2024, Musk and Zilis had another child, though the baby’s name has not been made public.
